        Visited twice, both for the same reason: my grandmas phone wasnt working. First visit: assistant did not look at the phone, just ordered a new one. FedEx took its time and was late. Received new phone but was lacking back and battery. Installed SIM card and used back and battery from old phone to find it still doesnt work. Second visit: Assistant looked at the phone and announced I needed a new battery. Great. But Verizon doesnt carry batteries. And I can order one from Amazon. Fantastic! So, now I get to wait. Again! Why wasnt this announced on my first visit and why doesnt Verizon carry such things for the phones they sell? To this question, I received a very condescending answer about how Verizon was just my carrier, not the manufacturer. Whos the manufacturer? Oh, Kyrocera. It says so right there on the the front of your phone. She followed this up with how *I* was being rude. I wasnt. I was a bit peeved considering Verizon didnt do their job the first time around (because I could have ordered a battery the week before!). So I left. Ordered the battery, which took another whole week to come in and installed it in the new phone as Id already boxed up the old one. Ill be dropping it off to FedEx today. You all need to do better.
