        As the meme Says..... That was so bad i would give them a Zero that not possible so i give you a One. The SM Needs a lesson or two With etiquette and respect for her workers and customers .T-Mobile you should really need to find better people to represent a company in a better way cuz she not doing it at this location.

        The staff was extremely friendly and patient. We've tried other locations and this is the only one we will go to from now on.

        **EDIT** The response from the owner never happened. I'm also a male. This is a canned response and further proves the point that this location doesn't know what's going on. The employees here aren't trained properly on their promotions. They told us that we could trade in and that our bill wouldn't change and that it would take two months to see it applied on our account. After two months I didn't see the promotion applied. I called support and they said the store made a mistake. Now we can't get our old phone back for the original bill and we're stuck with this expensive phone all because the employees here were confused.
