This is the ABSOLUTE BEST Metro PCS location I have ever visited!! I originally went on a Wednesday night about 10 minutes before closing. The lady working had an hour to drive home, so was obviously ready to go. But she took her time, and didn't rush us. She also let us know about deals that were starting the following day. Amazing employee! Unfortunately, I don't remember her name. I went back 2 days later and the manager, Deanna, was working. I couldn't get the phone I wanted when I walked in, due to circumstances surrounding the deal itself, but with Deanna's amazing help, I walked out with an even better deal. She goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are happy. Metro PCS couldn't find a better manager anywhere. She should be promoted. She is a valuable asset to your company. Anyone in the Plank Rd area needing a phone should definitely visit this Metro PCS location. From now on, I'll only go to this one!

So I was trying to get a T-Mobile free phone the plan yada yada went to the Fredericksburg one and the girl was all alone on a Sunday and the place was packed soon as I went in and she didn't even acknowledge I stayed in there 25 minutes and finally I walked out I asked her if she had was by herself she said yes so I waited another day I went to T-Mobile or later that day went to T-Mobile in Dumfries and it was a woman who was already taken care of someone in the young man and he was so confusing and didn't know his product and didn't know prices that he quoted me three different things and was confused himself a gentleman walked in who look like he could be the owner he was listening but had his back to us and never interjected everything and I was thoroughly confused and was going to pay way more than I anticipated with a free phone all of these fees and the fees kept changing and the price of the plan kept changing and all of the stuff that I finally walked out in disgust and it's too bad because I had previously been a T-Mobile customer and really wanted to go back to them I'm sorry Metro customer and really wanted to go back to them but it just is not for me since someone doesn't know their product and has no idea what they're talking about. I will not be back!
