Don't Trust this place after you buy your car with them. I purchased the oil change service and when I went to have my last oil change I was informed that the last oil change had expired on 5/24/20023. I told the service woman that I was never told that and that it was only 10 days ago. She replied that she couldn't help me and walked away. My friend who's been a customer at Bergeron for over 20 years said that he's never had that issue and he goes whenever the light comes on and that more than 12 months for him. When my wife is ready to trade in her 2009 Toyota for a Durango we are going to Lakeshore CDJR on West Esplanade.

I was visiting from Chicago and on the way down my right rear wheel speed sensor failed. I found this out in Northern Mississippi, but that dealership said Id be ok to keep going, and that they would not be able to fit me in. I got to New Orleans, brought the car to Bergeron, they said they might not be able to get to it that day. I explained I was in town for 5 days and I was told no problem. I asked if I could somehow get back into the city and they offered me a shuttle ride. Every dealership should have an ambassador like Mr. Don, the driver. He gave myself and two other people a ride, and on the way I said I would get a cab back to the dealership, but he said just let the dealership know Id like a pick up. Sure enough he picked me up, and brought me back to the dealership. The car performed perfectly all the way back home. Thank you to the Bergeron team!! I cannot recommend them enough.
