We took our used van to Interstate Dodge Chrysler based on the recommendation from our mechanic that they would be in a better position to service our van because we have a warranty. That was almost 4 weeks ago. They don't answer their phones, they don't make calls to let us know what is going on or how much longer it will take. Their own operator admits that. BIGGEST MISTAKE was bringing our van to them. DON'T WASTE your TIME!! Try the one in Ruston. I think they provide better customer service. This one is non-existant! The only way I could leave a review was to give them one star. They qualify with a -10 stars.

My granddaughter bought a car from there they didn't do a background check on it so they didn't tell her it had been in a total loss wreck she went to trade it in and found out about the total loss and the color was not the original color they would only give her 4000.00 for a car she gave 29000.00 for Interstate Dodge doesn't want to do the right thing and make it right

I love my Ram truck but terrible and rude customer service. Will not answer the phone and when she does, very disrespectful. I might have bought my vehicle there but it will never go back. I would rather drive out of state than deal with them.
