image ***UPDATE*** Service maintenance lights came right back on so returned my car to the dealership the next morning. The Service Manager Aaron took accountability for the Service dept mixup and corrected the issues with my car. Thank you for correcting the error.

I've been a loyal customer to this dealership for quite some time now and always received good customer service for the most part. However today not so much. I had an appt for a simple oil change and was told it would be about an hour to an hour 1/2 since I had an appt. Not a big deal. BUT, I ended up waiting at the dealership for over 3 hours to almost closing time for my car. When I was told my car was finally ready I paid at the cashier and was told my car would be pulled around shortly after. Well that never happened and they were taking forever. I knew in my gut something was not right because it never takes that long for a simple oil change with an appt. Everytime I asked about my car I kept getting the run around and the service Rep just blamed the delay on them switching over to a new database. When they finally pulled my car around I noticed they wrote down the wrong car description on one of the service tickets when returning my keys. When I questioned the service Rep he just brushed me off as if it was nothing to be concerned about and said they just "under charged me". Yeah right! Something suspicious happened with my car there today so I asked to speak to the Service Manager. I was told there was no current Service manager available since they are now under "Matt Boyers" Infiniti. This was ridiculous today. I take very good care of my car maintenance so I pray they didn't screw up something on my car by mixing it up with another car's service ticket and tried to cover it up. If something went wrong on the dealership's side, just correct it for your customers. This is not how you treat loyal customers.

image I have bought so many vehicles in the past. However; Mr Jeff S. Lawrence the Finance Manager was the very best I have ever had in going over my paperwork. Finance with Infiniti. Just cover everything and I am so glad he did. If I had a question he knew the answer. I am so very happy he explained throughly the extended warranty for my 2022 certified Infiniti Q60. And very happy I purchased it. He was so very polite, professional, and is there to help explain everything to you. Very knowledgeable. Buying this vehicle was a very pleasant experience. This is a great dealership. I highly recommend if you are looking to buy an Infiniti to visit this dealership. Words cannot express the excellent service and hospitality. If I am ever in the market again for an Infiniti vehicle I will make the drive again from Mississippi to this dealership. I would definitely be a repeat customer.
