they sent my package to the wrong address twice

I went to Kinkos to get a manuscript bound. When we walked in there was a woman who had completed her transaction and the manager was having a casual conversation with her about manifesting things. There was only one other person there, an older man in the back. I went up to the second worker and told her what I needed done. She took the papers from me then looked back at the older man (who wasnt in line) and called out to him asking if he was in a hurry. He said he was retired and had all the time in the world. I expected her to start binding my papers. Instead she called the man up to the counter and started ringing him up and told me she would do mine in a while or I could come back later. I can only assume because of the way I was dressed and because I had my four-year-old with me that she figured I was just a mommy. I was shocked by this horrible customer service. So after she finished with the man I suggested to her that she take care of the customer who comes to her first. She was outdone with me as was the manager who by the way wasnt doing anything at the time. I will be taking my business elsewhere. They clearly dont value it.

I believe it was Sue that was extremely helpful with a big print order, she got it done timelier than expected and reached out to make sure it was right and offering great suggestions to improve the print job.

Arrived 45 minutes before closing to do an emergency print and fax job. Had to get information to the state. After printing, it was 19 minutes before closing. Assistant Manager told me I couldn't do the faxing because she thought it wouldn't be completed until after closing. Manager instructed her not to start fax. Assistant Manager requested I find another place to complete the job. Refused to let me finish. I had to go down the street to complete the fax at Office Depot and it took 15 minutes. Taylor, Assistant Manager and Trish, Manager need some training on customer service. I recommend Office Depot for all future needs! Friendly staff. Concerned about your needs. There to assist in any way!
