        I have tried several different times this week to speak with someone in this particular location but they never answer the phone. This is why I drive 32 minutes from my home to the FedEx location on Youree Dr Shrevport. Shrevport store employees are friendly and helpful. They will pick up the phone and ask you to please hold I will be right back I currently assisting a customer. Thats customer service

        They delivered my package to the wrong apartment 3 times. One of the times my neighbor saw the package and got it for me

        We don't get very good service from this location it's location they deliver our packages to the wrong house We always have to drive to a neighbor's house to get our packages one day we will not receive them
