Is it a convenient location for shipping? Yes. Customer service? Horrible. Most businesses in this area that I live in employ pleasant people but sad to say, this isnt the case here. It has always baffled me as to why people with no people skills, ineffective communication, no emotional regulation, or self containment decide to work in person centered jobsI wouldnt recommend anyone to use their money for this place. UPS is a couple hundred feet away and USPS is 5 minutes away. Certain individuals belong in areas that will suit them..why bring all of the attitude and unprofessional behavior to this pleasant area?

Nyrika helped me print invitations for a birthday party. She was extremely helpful, polite, and effective. This is the second year in a row that Nyrika has helped me. Thank you!

I have been using this FedEx location since it opened and today is the first time in years I am considering using a different shipping method going forward. Normally I walk in and place the already labeled, drop off package on the counter and leave. This method is very convenient for both the workers and the sometimes very rushed customers. Never once have I had an issue...that is until today. Normally, even if there is a line they ask if anyone is "just dropping off." This requires no effort on the part of the employee and the customers appreciate not having to wait in line for a service they do not need. Today the girl working the counter told me I'd have to wait until she finished a customer she hadn't even started on yet, when I told her I was just dropping off. She obviously was new because this isn't the way it normally is. And I admit I got a bit frustrated because having expected the same experience I've had all 200 or so times I've dropped off before, I left my car running to keep it cool. So I put the package on the counter after asking her if I could place it on the side and she said, "wait until I finish this customer." She appeared very annoyed, but there is no "wait" in drop off. That's the whole point. Maybe there should be a designated "Drop off" area like the postoffice has. Makes things a lot easier for everyone. And customers won't have to deal with workers who don't know how to deal with drop offs.
