    Pitiful. Pathetic. The hours suck. They were even closed for 2 weeks with no warning or end date. I guess they only have ONE lady that can work the office! Came to drop off a package today and there were 3 people ahead of me and the office opened 15 min late. This is the most convenient location for me, but it has had the most horrible service lately......

    So they couldn't make the delivery on Friday whenever it was supposed to be made because of my dogs which is understandable I was told That I could come Pick it up from the store. The stores closed on Saturday but I happened to see somebody walking by and told him my situation. They when godney supervisor supervisor came out got the tracking number and brought me my package. I don't know anybody's ever been to taking the time do that for me and it took a couple minutes further point. Was awesome because they very easily could've told me that there sorry they could not do that today the office is closed. So I give them 5 stars for doing that and on top of that making sure that I was I said I was before they gave me the package.

    Pathetic is being kind. Had a delivery coming between 12:30 and 3:30 PM (their email to me). Took off work to make sure I was home, needed to sign. Delivery was attempted at 11:00AM? WTH? I called the BS robot number in never never land, finally got a human, , was told someone would call from the local office. She (didn't get a name) called from local office, saying nothing could be done. When I asked about the estimated 12:30 to 3:30 I was told it's estimated so 11AM is not a problem, the driver has 300 or more packages on the truck, and she didn't care what I thought. Why give an estimated time if you don't even try to honor it? If I could NEVER do business again with UPS, I wouldn't but sometimes you can't pick shipper, but when I can, It won't be UPS. Pathetic!!!!

    I cannot believe how RUDE the manager at this location was upon my package delivery for my business! (MY LIVELY-HOOD)I called UPS brokerage OVER a week in advance of my scheduled package delivery to pay Duty fees C.O.D fees ect. I PAID in full received a UPS receipt by email and the funds left my account.... Almost two weeks later the package arrived at my door with the UPS delivery courier , only to hear him tell me I OWE the C.O.D fees ! I proceeded to show the UPS Courier my receipt by email and EVEN showed him my bank to verify the funds LEFT my account! He said he would call his Manager .. Ok thats fine I replied thinking they would quickly make this right. WRONG his manager said I dont care if it says fees are due I want it on my desk! I politely asked to speak with his manager and thats when things got VERY RUDE, I went to explain over the phone the same thing I told the UPS delivery driver I've already paid I have proof funds left my account Ect.. He said I DONT CARE WHAT YOU THINK YOU PAID IF MY SYSTEM SAYS YOU OWE FEES ITS NOT LEAVING MY DESK UNTILL YOU PAY! He did not try to work with me to figure a way to make things right and had an attitude.. I've waited patiently for over a month UPS GET IT TOGEATHER! THESE PRODUCTS SUPPORT MY FAMILY IN THESE HARD COVID TIMES -- Manager said his name was Tim WOODS I cant find that name anywhere- I DONOT recommend using UPS as a Reliable service for businesses THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU STARVE ! Fire TIM WOODS
