        Extremely disappointed with my experience at Hancock Whitney. Not only was the service slow but I was also provided with inaccurate information regarding my account. It's unacceptable that they only had one banker available, resulting in a lengthy wait time. Transparency and honesty are lacking here. This was my worst banking experience ever.
