Need more bank clerks inside . My wait was too long ... Not good ... Step up the clerks . They are slow , not very happy . This is one of the worst locations I've been too .. the people working inside are not very business like

Horrible service. I stood in lobby over 45 minutes not even being recognized. No directions on how to see representative so i just stood by door waiting for someone to acknowledge for assistance. All that wait to be told i could not be helped Poor business

I SERIOUSLY wish I can give a -5 star, but unfortunately I had to give a 1 star, reason why, the customer service SUCK, I was in a dilemma and I asked a question of why the bank doesn't do the temporary cards anymore, " oh idk, I've been here for 6 months, and they wasn't doing them when I came abroad" oh that's very understandable, I told them my card comes in on the 8, but my bills are due on the 1st and is there anyway you can help cuz I really need my credit card and other bills to pay.."well if you have another card or another way that you can pay"...uh, yeah, could you transfer to your supervisor, thank you..no apology no going the extra mile to really see what she can/could do, I called the 800 number and he apologized and gave me 2 options and I pick the 2nd option and he's sending my card within 2 to 3 business days so I can pay my bills on time, and I told him about my LOCAL branch and that the customer service SUCKS and that he is the real MVP and I thanked him soo much for his help and taking the time out for his help, get it together College Dr. branch

Very low quality of staff! We were really able to do everything we planned in another bank! Moreover from the first sight of that woman who came up to us with her fake smile and rolling eyes we could see she was not going to do anything, but had to get the whole experience of her attitude which she doesnt live up to.
