I would rate no stars if possible.I made reservations for 3:00pm .I stood in line for 2 hours .I was 4 weeks post op of a total knee replacement I thought I was going to die.When I approached the counter they said they had no Cars so they was upgraded me to a Tesla to which I said a Tesla is not upgrade.The Tesla had a dead battery so they gave me Nissan SUV.I was about to cry with the pain and swelling of my knee ,the women at the counter in the garage said why are so upset you are only paying 17.33 Total for the entire rental.I was late to my destination billed for a late return to which they removed seeing I didn't leave the garge until after 5:00 pm
The was charged 37.00 NEVER AGAIN

Garbage, car smelled like wet cigarettes. Then company charged my card $100ish less dollars than the final due bill, instead of calling me about any amount due, they sent it directly to collections. Would give zero stars if I could.

I would have given 1 star, except when my flight was delayed and I arrived several hours later, there was still an attendant waiting to handle the late flight. After that it went downhill...after heading out, the "Oil Change Required" message popped up, which made me anxious since we were driving several miles away. I tried to call and could not get through to anybody. When I returned the car, I filled up 5 minutes from the airport. Yet after boarding my flight, I received a receipt that charged me $45 for fuel. I tried calling but they won't connect you to anybody and have a recording saying to send a copy of the receipt for gas to Hertz...I didn't rent from Hertz. We accidently left the receipt in the cup holder but when I tried to call the local number, it offers you an option to talk to a local employee, but when you choose it, the phone hangs up on you. This is ridiculous. I've never had this happen to me and now I have to do work. If they had someone at drop off to check everything off with you, I would not be dealing with this
