National Car Rental

Nisha helped me at pickup and Ethan at return. Both were very kind and helpful and made the process smooth and quick. We booked a sedan but they were out so we got an suv which was even better. We noticed a scratch, it was documented and we were on our way. The car was clean and full with gas. This was my first time using National. So far so good. Will update if needed.

Never renting from National again. You've lost a loyal customer. I brought a vehicle back that had a cracked windshield. Unfortunately, I do not know how it happened. I was told that customer service would reach out to me. Never once in 2 months did they reach out. I've emailed the asking for the bill so I could potentially pay out of pocket instead of running it through insurance. Which we all know raises our rates. 2 months later get an email for a bill. Not even a phone call to discuss my options. Instead they open up a claim with my insurance company. So now I get the joy of having my insurance go up over something so stupid as a cracked windshield. You're customer service lacks big time.

Second time renting from here. Easy to access. First floor of parking garage across from airport. If you're an emerald member, you can bypass the counter. It could be because I got there early in the morning, but there was a nice selection for Emerald aisle. Quick and easy return as well.
