Cameron and Bruce were absolutely wonderful to work with. Cameron came right out as we pulled in and offered her services. She listened and was very helpful and courteous. We definitely would recommend Donovan Auto and Truck Center to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Do NOT take your vehicle to this shop! I had the worst experience here! My car broke down on the interstate and unfortunately they were the closest shop to tow it to. I have an extended warranty (purchased from Marmies in Great Bend, who were great to work with by the way) and after having to call repeatedly for updates, Victor in the shop assured me that all of the repairs were pre-approved and I would only owe my deductible. He claimed my vehicle would be finished on Monday of the following week. By Friday of the following week I still had heard nothing. When Victor finally called back, he said the work was finished but suddenly there were additional charges and he didnt have time to call my warranty company to get them approved. There was no mention of additional charges at any point until it was time to pick my vehicle up and suddenly I owed more than just my deductible. It took them longer in labor hours to complete the pre-approved job and so I had to pay for their slow technician not completing the work in the allotted time. Communication through the entire process was HORRIBLE, they refused to give me a loaner (even though my warranty covers it) because I dont live close enough to the shop and I definitely feel like I was taken advantage of here. Save yourself a massive headache and take your vehicle somewhere else!Im

Avoid this dealership at all costs, absolutely awful customer service with zero accountability. Unfortunate to see a place go downhill so badly. Me and my partner went in to purchase what would have been our third vehicle from them. We found the perfect car for us. Our sales associate Josh told us we could put down a $200 deposit to hold the vehicle. After a week and a half of going back and forth with Josh and being assured the vehicle would be held for us, we went in only to find out the vehicle had been sold out from under us. Josh gave us zero notification of this and waited to let us find out in person only to try and sell us a new car we had zero interest in. No apologies, no remorse. Just shady and scummy car dealership tactics. Do yourself a favor and purchase a vehicle anywhere other than this place. I may have bought two cars in the past from here but theyve permanently lost my business going forward
