    I posted the review below a little over. 2 months ago and thought I had the problem resolved. Just got another email. Asking me if I want to sell or trade in a vehicle I DO NOT OWN ANYMORE,,,,, it is scrap now!!!! I guess my only option is to unsubscribe which is unfortunate that I have to do that in order to not be harassed about them buying a car from me that I do not own anymore Here was my old review. If I could give them another 1 rating I would I was very happy with the cars I have bought from them. Unfortunately one of them was totaled. After telling them I no longer have the car they finally quit calling me asking to buy it back/trade in but they keep sending me emails asking to see what it is worth. Every email I get from them reminds me I do not have that great car anymore. I have called them many times and told them I am fine receiving emails but to remove the specific car and the emails just keep coming. So at this point I would say they have poor marketing tactics and therefore the negative review Maybe this will get someones attention

    So professional! No pressure, no haggling price because every auto has a great discount! Sales staff were great! You can buy a Lexus, Mercedes, Jaguar and more! Multiple dealership by Waller all in one location! Beautiful trip there and worth the drive! They work hard to get you bc a Super trade in!!!!

    Well I a bought a mdx from them. When I test drove it seemed great but I also was distracted asking sales man questions and was distracted. It drove really good. I really like the car. I'm part at fault not testing everything as buyer like the tail gate etc.. well immediately (with in 30 minutes )after I bought the car, I noticed there was clanking sounds when i was driving in a parking lot to get food. Sounds like the joints are not good. I then noticed when I got home that night the tail gate sounds like it may be going out. I also noticed the alignment is off a little as well. I scheduled an appointment and I hope they will do the right thing. It has yet to be 30 days since I bought it but seems like the inspection report they completed may have been pencil whipped. If they do the right thing I will change my review and update it. I love the car but hate having some many problems as soon as I drive off the lot. I trusted the dealership and which lead to me no conducting a thorough check on my part. Fingers crossed on my appointment this week. Update 3/27/24. Well I am very pleased. They took ownership of their mistakes and did the right thing. Also was very professional even with me being upset. I really appreciate a company and dealership doing the right thing. It goes long ways and I very much appreciate it. Thank you
