I am a pretty decisive person and I dont like beating around the bush, especially when it comes to financial decisions. I know what I want and set parameters for myself. That being said, when I found the truck for me I reached out and immediately was paired with a similar sales professional. Jim was a great person to communicate and work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He made my trip enjoyable and even assisted me take care of setting my new vehicle up and taking care of my old one. This was an awesome dealership to do business with! Go there and ask for Jim!

Simply came here to pay off my lease and buy my truck back. They did everything they could to make the process as difficult and time consuming as possible. I had originally leased my truck here and had a good experience then, hence why I chose to return. Multiple efforts were made to get me to buy a new truck. I always respect the hustle, and I respect the job itself, but it was excessive. They admitted they were simply trying to reach their goal in order to receive their dealer incentives. I respect the honesty, but they were relentless. They claimed the vehicle needed inspected, and were going to force me to apply for a loan to finance my own payoff; on top of that, they asked I make 6 monthly payments with an 8% plus interest rate. While in the financing office, it was there too I learned for the 1st time they would be charging me a nearly $1000 admin fee that was never mentioned once before. I refused to sign and ended up walking out, 3 hours wasted. I went to another dealership who respected my decision to pay off my lease and told me it was a no-brainer. My buyout was just over 33k, and my trade in value (remember-TRADE In) was 37k (40k at the other dealership I found out). Where else could you buy a good used vehicle with low miles that only YOU have driven, for a price well below market value? The other dealership allowed me to pay in cash, and no inspection was needed since I wasnt financing. No strings attached. The other dealership advised it was a very straight forward process and they made it such. I was in/out in 30 minutes. To summarize: I wanted to pay off my lease and own my truck outright. Multiple offers were made for me to buy up into another vehicle. When that didnt work, I was forced to apply for financing (when I didnt need to), requiring a hard credit check. Finally, they tried to sneak in another $1000 simply for pushing paper around. Something so simple shouldnt be so difficult. Leasing my truck from them in the first place simply wasnt enough for them. Needless to say, I wont be back.

My experience was amazing. It took me over a month talking to Enoch K. Before I made it to the dealership. He only only replied to my texts and never bugged me on making a deal. He never called me like I requested. He was nice and relaxed towards me. He's the one to go to for your next GMC.
