This bank in General is trash. They gave all my bank information to a Stranger. There security measures is weak. Someone called in with my name and address and they provided all my account information. They let this person change my number and email address on the account and wipe it clean. They also refused to reimburse me for the funds they practically gave away. I don't trust banks after this.

This branch does not have a walk up ATM. The teller told me to use the drive through one. I don't feel that's safe, a driver could come barreling through without seeing a person standing there.

Staff has always been awesome to work with and always friendly! Ive got several options to bank with closer to me but this branch has always been rock solid and I couldnt recommend them enough. And Im not getting paid for this endorsement.

Tried to close an account. Had unauthorized transactions pending due to fraud activity. These were ACH bank draft transactions - NOT debit card transactions. Yet would not allow me to close the account if those transactions were pending and could not put a stop pay on those transactions even though they hadn't cleared yet. They say I can come back tomorrow and file a dispute which will hold up my $3,300 for up to a month!!! Never again dealing with this bank!!
