This is a horrible version of a bank! They issue "Cashier's Checks" but don't cash them and don't verify them for my bank to accept as a deposit! The branch manager, Jaime, said they don't have enough cash on hand. That makes for a Not Sufficient Funds Cashier's Check! And, they charge to get the Cashier's Check! What a FRAUD!

Used to be good when I opened my account there 7 years ago. Stopped caring about me when I moved out of state. I kept it because I was getting atm fees refunded. Now every time I use an atm I get double charged. Ive called multiple times but you have to speak with a banker and the bankers never call me back like they say they will. They want you to come in but thats not possible when you live in Texas. Update. 04/03/23 Still being charged excessive fees and not having a good experience. Would not recommend this bank.

Twice I've had issues with my account where I am required to physically come to a branch and prove my identity. I drive over the road, there are ways to prove my identity without losing work "if" they wanted to. This is the worse bank I have ever dealt with. I am closing my account never to Beal with this bank again.
