Arvest Bank

If youre looking for a new bank DO NOT bank with Arvest or this location! I was on a cruise, the cruise line double charged me because there was a pricing difference. They realized the error and sent notice to Arvest to release my funds back to my account. They left me to travel without any money in my account and thankfully I was traveling with my boyfriend otherwise Id have been stranded. The girl I spoke with was unprofessional, lacked any empathy and was very rude. I have worked in banking and with customers in my profession for years, Ive never treated anyone this way.

Overall service was outstanding, professional in every way, very thorough and very thoughtful!! Jennifer was extremely helpful as well as took the time to assist with assuring that all of my banking needs were taken care of that day!! Jennifer is an excellent employee who definitely is an asset to Arvest Bank!!

This place is THE BEST. I'm in business locally and I dropped by one day to meet them and introduce myself. I was greeted so warmly and ended up having much longer conversations than I anticipated I would. After getting to know the staff, (with no plans to do this before) my wife and I ended up opening secondary accounts here. I am always looking to do business with people that I know care about me and have my best interest at heart... This is that place. Jennifer (the manager) and I hit it off instantly and it is clear she genuinely cares about her customers. She is a true professional, taking the time to explain everything we needed to know and even calling back after the accounts were opened, to check in and make sure everything was going well. I was very impressed by her follow up. Axel and Ellis both are super personable, friendly and helpful. It's also fun hearing Axel chat it up with customers in Spanish. If you're looking to make a change I would highly recommend this place.
