        This hotel needs new room service. I checked in and had to switch rooms three times. The first room didnt have air conditioning and there was trash everywhere. Second room had trash everywhere, including pills on the floor. To note, I have a young child and two dogs that could have got ahold of these pills. Third room had trash on floors, hair in sink and in the shower. I wouldve left to go to a new hotel but its 11pm and my daughter has been trying to sleep during all of this. Had to ask for clean sheets since the room is so dirty I dont even know if the sheets on the bed are clean. Disgusting and I will never return nor recommend.

        The night person at the desk was super friendly! The breakfast was delicious. If we're ever back in Des Moines, we will definitely stay here.
