      image Was not really a fan of this motel. Would of been nice to have a microwave and refrigerator for guests use not the motels use to sell there drinks. Front desk staff were very friendly & informative. Bar and Restaurant staff were not the friendliest!! Coffee for the guests didn't stay supplied, creamer empty. Hot water in shower took a long time to get hot. Open parking lot was difficult for pickup trucks to park and get in and out of. Was a very clean motel though.

We will take your feedback back to our team regarding the additional amenities you mentioned (don’t be scared to still use the refrigerator, there’s plenty of room). While we offer two parking options that can be billed to your guest room, both locations can be challenging for large trucks yet there are other city ramps nearby that have higher clearance if needed. We have also shared your thoughts on the food and beverage service and offerings with our team. We apologize that we fell short in this area. Thank you again for your candid feedback.

      image This is an amazing gem of a hotel in downtown DesMoines. The price was a very good deal for being a 4 star hotel. They have an amazing restaurant and bar downstairs you can order food and drinks and they will bring it to your room for ya.
