      image I needed to stop in the Munster AT&T store last week with my elderly father to help him change his current service plan. Bree, the store manager was very helpful. She took the time to go over all the options available and to answer all of our questions in detail. The other two gentlemen who worked in the store were also very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend stopping in this store location any help or assistance you may need.

      image 0 Stars!! I was an AT&T customer for years. I came to the store twice with unlock issues with no phone service. Both time the entire store was closed in afternoon for lunch. Both times for over an hour. The third time I came for same problem, the manager/employee was extremely rude and argumentative, I couldnt believe the terrible customer experience! I work for the Chicago BBB and have heard some far out customer experiences but to actually live one and along with Fox News issue, I am terminating my AT&T service The manager needs another employer. This is not his calling!
