        The salesman straight up lied to my daughter saying she would get $850 toward a new phone and she only got $350 plus a slew of new charges each month. We were beyond the two week window when we realized it. When we talked to the manager, she admitted this employee had steered several people wrong yet there is nothing that can be done about this and he still works for them at another store. Avoid this business and its other outlets! **update. I received an email from the company asking me for further details about my complaint. I submitted the information. I received a call from the store manager on 12/9/22 and was told they were sending this matter up the ladder. Its 1/9/23 and Ive heard nothing. Its now 2/8/23 and crickets. This is why I will urge everyone to avoid this and all other ATT stores. Now its more than just the salesman misrepresenting!
