Absolutely a fun visit, despite the fact I was only able to do some window shopping. The employee was very cool and very talkative, and had a broad range of knowledge about lots of different things. Very fun experience and very helpful

Called for 2 days straight and no one answered the phone. Complete trash customer service, wish the old team memebers was there much better service then from now.

I called 11/20 looking for a game for my son birthday Jay told me he was about to close.I asked if he could give me a few minutes because this is all my son wanted. He waited and had the game rung up for me when I got there. There was another associate with him they were so nice. Its hard to find good service like this these days. Thanks Jay
