Literally ordered a chair over a year ago first one never came in they wouldnt resend it and I had to reorder it and pay for it again (the lady told me Id be reimbursed my money on the first one after 30days) that never happens been over 3 months still have not gotten my chair for my wife who just had a baby this company is going under currently its owned by bed bath and Beyond they are trying to take your money and not give you anything do not order anything from this company!!!!!! Crooked people their CFO committed suicide because this company is that trash the rest should follow him off the roof

This review is specific to ordering online and in dealing with customer service. This was my first and will be the last time I give this company my money. We purchased a bookshelf online for our baby's nursery back in December 2022. The furniture made it to our home a little after a month, only to realize they had sent the wrong furniture/color. I decided to be patient with them and worked with customer service to ensure we got the furniture we paid for. They initially emailed us and asked for photos for the wrong bookshelf, and "guaranteed" a faster delivery and free assembly for all the trouble. A week ago I called them because I had not received the bookshelf yet; they confirmed it would arrive on January 25th (yesterday) and that the furniture was in transit. Needless to say, we never received it on the day they said we would. Today they sent an email saying they were cancelling the order because the bookshelf was out of stock; this came through after customer service had confirmed it was in transit and would get to us on the 25th. We of course called customer service one last time this afternoon to ask for a full refund, which I'll work with my bank to ensure this money is fully returned. You would think they would try and do better (given the specific customers they deal with who don't need this hassle and kind of stress during pregnancy). Not only do you get incompetent "service" from Buy Buy Baby, but there is clear miscommunication and misinformation provided by their customer service staff. Save yourself the stress and your money and get your furniture from Wayfair, Amazon, and other local stores for your nursery. This company lost me as a customer and anyone I would have sent in their direction.
