    Just an update on my post below. The store would not respond to me after several voicemails, emails, etc. I even reported to the BBB and they wouldn't respond to them. For anyone using their financing...I contacted Synchrony Bank (the finance co). The dispute took 60 days, but they came back and refunded all of my money. So any of you that financed and are not happy with your purchase, please file a dispute with Synchrony. Worst decision I've made! Typically, I don't leave bad reviews on any company, however, this is well deserved. At the end of September, we purchased furniture from the Castleton store. Around $2500 worth of furniture actually. It was delivered in early October. Couch, oversized chair, mattress and box springs. After it was delivered, I noticed the padding on the chair arm was very thin. I could feel the wooden frame of the chair just by putting my arm on it. I emailed and received a call immediately from my sales guy. He agreed to exchange the chair and everything went smooth. On Dec 23, my new chair was delivered. It appeared "better". When I sat down on it or get up from it, there is a loud pop underneath. I actually thought a spring had broken but it had not. After inspecting, I realized that there is a spring overlapping a crossbar underneath that is causing the loud pop. Also, the arm over this chair is starting to do the same thing as the first. Padding very thin. It's already showing signs of wear and it's barely a month old. The fabric is loose on the arm just after a month. I keep a throw blanket folded and put over it to try to keep it from wearing so fast. I sent another email requesting a call from someone in management. Gave it a week, no call back. So, I sent another email. After that I finally got a call back from Ken, which is the mgr of another location. He was very good at staying in touch with me for a few days while "he was trying to get some answers". Answers never came and all phone calls stopped. I've since called and left 2 additional voicemails and no calls back. This furniture is very poor quality and so is the service. I only wanted to exchange the furniture but that doesn't seem possible, so I'm writing this review to let everyone know, shop here at your own risk!! NEVER again will I do business with them and I will spread the word to everyone I know!

    Bought a bedroom set from Shane. Sale number 8052. Shane was very nice, did not pressure us into anything or follow us around the store like other places we had gone to before. The furniture is very nice. Even better they had a warehouse to store the set I bought until I am moving at the end of the month.

    Went furniture shopping this weekend looking for a new couch and wanting to make sure that the store we bought it from had it in stock because we didn't want to have to wait for it to come from a warehouse or such. We found the couch that we wanted at Furniture For Less and bought it. When we bought it the salesman said that they would contact us today to schedule delivery tomorrow. He also stated that if they could find a couch like we had bought that was still in it's packaging in the back that they would bring it, otherwise they would deliver the couch off of their floor. I got a call from the delivery team today stating that now all of a sudden the couch that I had bought was miraculously out of stock and they would not have another available until mid-April. This is entirely unacceptable. I called back to the store after I got off the phone with the delivery team and tried to find out what was going on. The person who answered the phone assured me that they still had the couch in stock and that there must have been some confusion on the part of the delivery driver. I assure the person on the phone that the model on the floor was acceptable, but that I either wanted my couch delivered this week as promised or I wanted my money back. We'll see which happens, and I'll update this rating if I ever get resolution. So far though the experience has been poor.
