        Just poor customer service. When I first bought my couch, I was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. I was then informed it moved out for another month, which was fine. Then I called 2 days before my delivery date to confirm the time, and was told that it had been delayed another month.. nobody called me to tell me this??? Insane. Then a month later, I received an email stating the couch had been discontinued. Nobody called me to tell me that my couch was discontinued, and nobody issued a refund until I called. Awful customer service, if youre paying $1800 for a couch someone should call you with updates. Ill never buy furniture from here just due to poor customer service and follow up. UPDATE- per your response, it WAS NOT refunded when you cancelled, it wasnt refunded until I called you guys because you cancelled my couch without refunding it. Your reply is a joke and so is your company. Had I not seen the email you would just be sitting there with my $1,800. The worst customer service ever
