Hello everyone I just recently moved out around October 2023. I will like to give a big heads up to anyone thinking about moving here with there family or just by yourself. DONT DO IT!!!!! Like I repeat DONT DO IT!!! Unless you like mice, ants in your shower, spiders, centipedes, Roly-polies, and beetles. I moved in around May and I broke my lease in 4 months once I realized what all my apartment consisted of. Im being honest here just to save people time, because I literally wasted mine. If I could give no stars I would. One day when I realized I had a mouse infestation, I told a lady in the office. She said to me that oh everyone has mice. Thats when I knew I needed to get the hell out. On top of that the apartments has an old smell that is noticeable. I thought my febreze could kill that smell but it didnt. Even the wall plugins dont do justice. On top of all this the hallways to your apartment may consist of young teens smoking weed as you come to your door. It happened many times but its ridiculous you have to deal with all that when paying all this money. Overall people just be careful when going here they are trifling. Have good day and Happy New Year P.S living with any type of rodents and bugs is unsanitary and not normal.

So great great community great maintenance. Ive lived there for like five years and I would never want to go anywhere else but they need to lower the rent down back to $800.
