I got approved for month and some so every time I go to the office she says imma call you for a month says that so i explain to her that I need apartment and I have some private issue and I need a place to stay asap then she said okay bla bla..try to call her many times but no answer she unprofessional to be honest if I were manger I would fired her thats shameful fr

No! No! No! I know times are tuff and also finding a place to live. But dont believe anything they tell you, they are awful people. Will stand and lie to your face while smiling at the same time. I paid my rent and never gave them reason to act like fools, Iam in court with them now, see all the Board of Health reports, I have 200 pictures and reports they always have cockroaches and covered up mold all over, its not Healthy to live here and they have already moved others in the Apts that I lived in the place is filthy and office staff dosnt care. They are sleeping with each other while you and your family are trying to live there and make it home dont let them tell you its a new staff they only fired one for extra activity the other ones are still at it..

Just moved in on the 20th of December the roaches or unbearable even has gotten on me in my bed, I cant open my window in the front area never could patio no screen for fresh air when cooking, only one burner on my stove works, loose floorboards all through the apartment Ive put in maintenance orders no one has come to fix anything Im so mad I brought my 5 yr old into this Im so afraid of a roach getting in his ear then was told a certain amount deposit and then took my deposit and said I owed more what a scam still on my portal saying I owe when I dont , worst move Ive made in 2023 and Im on a choice voucher and was told to take this to IHA with complaints its something that can be done about this negligence.. Its also sad to that I had to go through this..

I Have Lived here since 2021 we have had 3 management changes since i moved here with my kids . Everything has gone down hill and Im am seriously thinking about breaking my lease or if i have to stay , i will NOT be renewing my lease . They take forever to fix anything , and i pay my rent ON TIME. every month.my dishwasher has been filling up with water for almost a month so i cant even wash dishes and me and my kids have been having to eat off paper plates and use paper cups. Mold is forming at the bottom of my dishwasher and is leaving a bad smell theres no reason why a mother of 4 kids should have to come home to that everyday. Keep gettin the rub around about when my stuff will be fixed . I have already contacted the health department , next will be their corporate office and then fox 59 news IM OVER IT .

I am a section 8 voucher person. Was approved by they're application and pay the AP fee. Then she Lindsay Adams took my application and RTA. The two months of nothing. You to try to call blocked text blocked email blocked. Very unprofessional tell me one-way or other. Communication is not good 12/8/2023Just talked to Lindsay Adams she would have a apartment available in two weeks. Will let Everyone know if this true or not. Going back in two weeks this was done face to face. She was very nice. Will see if it's all talk. Face to face is only way for me to contact. An I am super nice. Just letting everyone know.
