I've been living here for 5 years now, and in the early years it was fine. Fine neighbors, fine apartments, etc. But recently, it has just gotten worse and worse. When we got a new complex manager, she started putting renovations underway on empty apartments. That sounds all fine and dandy. Until she starts charging residents double the rent even though they don't live in renovated apartments. Not to mention now that multiple maintenance problems tend to pop up from time to time, yet are not tended to in a timely manner. By saying that, I mean we have had to call multiple times just to get someone sent out to our apartment. Adding on to that, most of the jobs aren't done well, requiring us to have to call a maintenance representative AGAIN just for the additional problems to be fixed. We have also repeatedly been harassed by multiple residents and people who don't even live in the complex who come to the playground from the neighboring housing editions. They've threatened both my family and other families (including children) with slurs and threats and NOTHING has been done to stop it. I have never been so afraid to be in my own home. To simply put it, I do not recommend living here.
