Go somewhere else! For one their prices are utterly ridiculous. They also charge a large "processing fee" to pay with a card. They will tell you one amount to get you in the door and then hit you with a large bill afterwards. I questioned the $700 bill I received after the surgery (which they expected to be paid in less than 3 weeks time) and I was told that "they should've made me pay the full amount up front and refunded me whatever insurance paid if I had such a problem with the "estimate" they gave me". When they reassure you that they did pre-authorization and know your benefits and what you paid should be the total you owe as long as insurance paid what they should, then you wouldn't take that as an "estimate" or expect to owe over 1/3 more when insurance indeed paid what they should've. They also do not let you have any idea what's going to be expected or what is going on and I didn't like that my young child was taken back w/o me being allowed to be present especially seeing other comments on how the staff treated other youth. Save yourself time and headache and go elsewhere. Sad because I think the Doctor is nice but his office staff and procedures aren't.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled here and unfortunately got an infection. Dr. Collins & staff were absolutely wonderful. Got her in late on a Friday afternoon and they took care of her immediately.

If not of a specific statute of appearance, mental state, personality, etc., rather accepted or "approved of", you're turned away.

Upon question in our leave due to inability to acceptance of ability, the reviews had been understated, because it was a very Unprofessional, unknowledged/able, uncomfortable, uninitiative, competitive list that rambles, that defined it not being of anyone's best bet!

Customer service is the worst. My husband had his wisdom teeth removed during the summer. We paid our deductible but months later got a bill for $600 since they said our insurance only paid a certain percentage. Which I understand and my complaint is not about that. I set up a payment plan, and everything was going smoothly until they were under construction and they stopped answering calls. I had left a multiple voicemails having someone call me back trying to pay and I even called the Douglas location. No one is accepting my payments and now they sent me a letter saying my bill is going to collection. Do they not listen to voicemails? They dont make a single effort to contact me regarding the payment and they dont return any of my calls. I find it extremely disrespectful that no one has a decency to return my call when they have two locations open not a single person can return a phone call. If they dont like answering their call, there needs to be an easier way like, maybe an online portal where patients can pay. Or if they simply just picked up the phone or even returned my voicemail, things would be smoother and we wouldnt be in collections.
