Upon question in our leave due to inability to acceptance of ability, the reviews had been understated, because it was a very Unprofessional, unknowledged/able, uncomfortable, uninitiative, competitive list that rambles, that defined it not being of anyone's best bet!

The young lady we seen before the Dr was great! The Dr needs to educate himself on people with disabilities. Discrimination.

This place was amazing. I was so nervous about it all and was reassured by the staff what exactly is going to happen and it went so smooth. Thank you so much to Dr. McBride and his staff!

Customer service is the worst. My husband had his wisdom teeth removed during the summer. We paid our deductible but months later got a bill for $600 since they said our insurance only paid a certain percentage. Which I understand and my complaint is not about that. I set up a payment plan, and everything was going smoothly until they were under construction and they stopped answering calls. I had left a multiple voicemails having someone call me back trying to pay and I even called the Douglas location. No one is accepting my payments and now they sent me a letter saying my bill is going to collection. Do they not listen to voicemails? They dont make a single effort to contact me regarding the payment and they dont return any of my calls. I find it extremely disrespectful that no one has a decency to return my call when they have two locations open not a single person can return a phone call. If they dont like answering their call, there needs to be an easier way like, maybe an online portal where patients can pay. Or if they simply just picked up the phone or even returned my voicemail, things would be smoother and we wouldnt be in collections.

My daughter was seen at this location to get four wisdom teeth removed. At our consultation at the Douglas Road location I confirmed with them and thoroughly let them know my daughter had anxiety issues and freaks out when it comes to Needles. That is the whole reason that we went through oral surgery Michiana is so she could be put to sleep. We were insured by the nurse at consultation that they could give her some laughing gas before her IV to help her stay calm that everything would go smoothly. The surgery was done at the Elkhart location the nurse administrating the IV was extremely rude to my daughter who is a child. She told my child she was going to tell her every step that she was taking and my child insured her please do not tell me I have issues I do not want to know just do what you need to do. Proceeded to ask if she was getting the Laughing Gas to help her calm down because she was already in a crying state they denied her. She told them she wanted me they again refuse that to her. She asked if they would please call me on the phone that she had with her they denied that. The nurse proceeded to show her the needle which then caused her to freak out. The nurse also told her to stop being a baby she needed to grow up and act her age which this is extremely uncalled for and unprofessional. The surgery was done on a Thursday I called to speak with an office staff manager on Friday I was understanding that they were still going between offices so by Monday I still have not received a call. I tried to call the office again I was once again denied the office manager was not available. Come Wednesday I tried again I was told that I needed to email her if I wanted to speak with her. Once again unprofessional come again a week later after 4 attempts of trying to call and speak with the office manager about the unprofessionalism and the things that were said not listed here to my daughter I was once again denied. And I'm sure they'll reply to this review some response of we are sorry you experience this and blah blah blah blah an entire week went by and I could not speak to a single person in management of your staff that is extremely unprofessional this was the worst experience we have ever had at a dental office let alone trying to speak to anyone in upper management. My daughter was previously traumatized in which I explained to them at consultation beforehand and they insured me everything would go smoothly and would be fine but then during her surgery at this location they traumatized her so bad with the things that were said to her it was extremely uncalled for an unprofessional. The only positivity that she had to say after her surgery was the doctor who actually did the surgery was amazing and nice and so polite to her. There is no explanation or no reasoning that an upper person in management could not accept my call and or return my call after an entire week of calling more than four times and left my information multiple times! THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE AT ELKHART!!!!!!!
