My visit to the Elkhart Dental Center was a pleasant one. The staff is professional yet friendly. I recently had my teeth cleaned. Chloe performed cleaning. She was thorough and patient.

Everyone is so knowledgeable about any questions & if they don't know the answer they go ask someone who does. The facility is very clean, brightly lit & roomy. Very comfortable, professional atmosphere. Up to date equipment.

When I arrived, I was handed a tablet to answer "some questions" on. Upon reading the fine print I came across a section that stated if you miss an appointment, due to unfortunate circumstances, there would be a bill to the patient. These fee's ranged from $100-$400. I immediately returned the tablet to the desk and refused to agree to these terms and gimmicks. Upon contacting the receptionist, I was informed that the forms I was requested to sign were the wrong forms, for my type of insurance. This form of selective billing raised my eyebrows as a money scam and I politely declined their services. As I was driving out of the parking lot and noticed a brand new Tesla parked and connected to a charger, I just shook my head and thought to myself... "If you're late to the Dentist, you're gonna be responsible for his electric bill." ALWAYS READ THE FINE PRINT!
