Lied to about insurance coverage and left with holes in my mouth I can't clean. I went in for a wisdom tooth removal because I was experiencing frequent headaches from my top teeth. I was told my insurance would cover a major of the surgery so I agreed to have my bottom wisdom teeth removed as well. I wake up after the surgery and the first thing I know the (rude) lady at the desk is asking my bill be paid in full. I just wanted to go home and rest, so I paid assuming insurance would reimburse me later. Ofc they did not. Now months later I am fully healed, but there are holes in my mouth from where my bottom teeth were removed. Due to the shape of my mouth food gets stuck in them and they are hard to clean. It's really gross and upsetting I now have a problem from a surgery I won't have undergone if I wasn't lied to about insurance. Moral of the story. They only care about your money, will lie to your face, do a bad job and aren't even nice about it. Edit: forgot to include when I first went in for the consolation the lady at the desk said the dentist was out that day and lied about trying to call me. Took time off of work for nothing.

I would Never recommend Dr McBride. My well respected dentist sent his x-rays, but Dr. McBride refused them and charged me $145.00 to take x-rays in addition to a $99.00 consultation fee which was approxmately 3 minutes. Had my surgery this past Wednesday 03-15-23. I had severe bleeding for 3 hrs,my lower jaw is sore and swollen and very bruised! My dentures were put in and I am on a soft die, yogurt, Boost, soup. Needless to say I can't go out in public! I found most of his staff standing around and most rooms dark. All this for a small fee of $4,262.00.!!!! I had my uppers done by Dr. Burns with no issues but couldn't get appointment with him til May. I really feel he wants to retire and get out of there. Really sorry I didn't wait til May! Even my dentist felt sorry for me.
