PNC Bank - CLOSED

I can't find a "real" PNC bank to make my mortgage payment at while at work. There seems to be several empty bank buildings with ATMs in the surrounding areas. But it takes up my lunch break.

Ive never seen a bank where you cannot cash checks.. they do not have money there. Waste of time

Terrible, no tellers, no drive thru, both ATMs broken, why are you here? Strange unwelcoming format for a "bank". Employee was helpful and explained that wherever you see a branch like this, there is normally a traditional one nearby. So just guess I suppose. I've tried 4 different branches recently, all terrible at Best, terrible awkward and strange at worst. I'm depositing for work. If it were my personal accounts, I'd move elsewhere in an second.

TERRIBLE!!!! If I wanted to do everything without a teller, I won't go to a bank. If I walk into a bank, I want a PERSON to help me, not explain to me that I can do it all by myself - If you aren't going to be a bank branch, then give it a new title - like...Waste of Money and Leasing Space OR Not Here to Help, Go Somewhere Else. If you want to only help certain customers, then don't call it a branch. HATE this location! Boone Village is ok, but still miss the Traders Point branch! Honestly what is the point of a bank other than customer service? - I can use an online only bank and have better customer service.
