      image The ATM is the usual stop but when I have to go in,
      I've always been able to step right up and get what I need.

      image I was calling to see if they offer cash-out refinancing. First it took me 10 min to navigate their automated phone system until I got a live person. She immediately ask me for my ssn. I told her that I first wanted to know if they offer cash-out refinancing. She asked me if that was some sorta Auto loan. I in turn ask if I had reached the mortgage department and she hung up on me. Nice customer service PNC.
