Terrible customer services. I had a large withdrawal, was lied to by the employees for the withdrawal process as I waited too long for a simple transaction. One of the tellers even proceeded to humiliate me as they discussed my personal finances. I had another request from the tellers and was again IGNORED. Avoid this place and their untrained and unprofessional staff.

This is my local Pnc, I've banked with them for years and am always impressed with every aspect of service that I get from them.The app is awesome and I love that they pay back Atm fees, not that I have to go into the bank much, but randomly I had an old savings bond that I wanted to cash In so I paid them a visit.Everything is covid conscious so I love to see that, and my interaction was quick and efficient.Everyone is always friendly and I'm glad I'm a long Time customer of Pnc!

Love coming here!! THIS location, by far, has the best customer service I've EVER experienced!! The staff are so friendly, quick, and efficient. They greet you as soon as you walk thru the door and say bye as your leaving. I don't personally bank with them, yet, but my company does. Every time i go in to do my deposits or to get change, the ladies behind the counter are quick at getting thru people in a well mannered way If I could give them 10 stars, i would!!!

Customer service is excellent. Megan and Danielle were very helpful. I misplaced my card and Megan took the time to make sure I had all my automatic payments tied to the account to ensure I were what to update . Great customer service is key. I'm loyal PNC member.
