        They seemed short staffed (maybe due to the pandemic), but the customer service was outstanding! My wife recently changed her name, they updated her account and even printed a new debit card on the spot. Shout of to Stephanie Hogsett - She was so helpful, polite, patient and worked fast to result all the requests!! Couldn’t have asked for a better visit to a bank on a Saturday morning!!! Thanks to all of the PNC Carmel Rangeline associates.

        Steer clear; predatory fees even for "fee-free" checking accounts. I wanted to do a test run (Spend/ATM-only acct.) before making them my main retail bank after a move (this branch is within walking distance); I'm really glad I found out how they operated. Too bad; most of the staff I briefly interfaced with seemed very friendly. C'est la vie.

        How amazing you go into PNC bank teller tells you do your non-customer at PNC which is fine its going to be $7.50 I get my money back and it went up to $14.50 or doubled in the cost of 2% he didnt say anything to me about it ,its just how rude people are no Im sorry for anything just amazing wow. Smh
