        First of all, I would give them negative 5 stars if I could. They are incredibly expensive, incompetent, and unprofessional. They talk to you all nice on the phone and in person, then they take you for as much as they can. They are the reason mechanics get the stereotype. My car blew its motor 40 miles after I got it back from them. Why I turned it into them was because it would not start. They called and said it was the fuel pump. Then they "changed" the crank sensor without my approval. Then they called and said the motor was making a loud noise. It was a terminal knock which the car had never made before. They charged me $1100 and my vehicle was destroyed. The owner refused to give me a partial refund after I let him know engine blew after 40 miles. IF YOU ARE READING THIS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. ----Just read owner's feedback. I told them the story of the car but they heard what they wanted to hear. I told them I had been driving the car daily for the last 5 years and prior to that it had sat undriven for 2 years. I have hundreds of witnesses that would back me up on that. I cannot believe how this owner twisted the story to favor him, actually I totally get it after thinking of how they treated me. It sitting for two years starting 7 years ago has nothing to do with anything. Wow, I owned a landscaping business for 8 years and not once did a customer tell me that I had cheated them an he's trying to make me the bad guy in this. I double up on my above warning!

        Honest service is hard to find, and this place makes the mark. Accurate diagnosis of my problem led to a much less costly repair than I had anticipated. Would have been so easy to have charged me for an unnecessary repair and Id never have known. These folks have integrity. Not to mention professional same day service 2019 QX 80

      We always appreciate feedback. However I would like to add some facts to this story. This vehicle had been sitting for a very long time and never started or driven-a piece of information Mr Pollard did not share with us initially and only told us after the fact. Vehicle was towed in for crank/no start. The cause of that was a faulty fuel pump. Mr Pollard authorized the repair so when we got the car running-there was a noise-and it was an engine knock-not something we caused and not something we knew about because we had never heard it run in the 1st place. Replacing a fuel pump will not cause an engine knock. Its unfortunate the engine had problems but the problems were there before it ever came to our shop. We work very hard for our good reputation and we have retained that reputation for 23 yrs. If we can be of help in the future dont hesitate to contact us.
