    We had a perfect experience with T & T Hail Repair Specialists, from the inquiry phone call to the estimate to the follow through with insurance and promptness of repairs. We were kept informed through every step of the repair process without having to follow up and were treated so respectfully. They even detailed our car before we picked it upwhat a happy surprise. No one wants to find themselves with a hail damaged car; T & T will take such good care of you if you find yourself in this spot. Thank you! We are grateful!

    I received hail damage at the beginning of March. I reached out to T&T about setting up a time to come and get an estimate on how much it would cost for them to fix the damage. When I arrived I was greeted with pleasant manners and offered a rental. At this time I was blown away with the service. I truly felt I was valued. During the initial meeting I thought I had made it clear I just wanted an estimate. They explained it would be best to keep it over night to thoroughly check for dents. After being handed the keys to the rental, I was then questioned on who my insurance was with and that they needed my insurance policy for the camaro. At that point, I was informed that they would be contacting my insurance in regards to the matter. I was a little confused at that time because I just simply wanted a written estimate. After I left with the rental , I called and requested that nothing be sent/nor conact be made to insurance because I wanted to disclose the information/claim with my insurance personally. I was then told again, that insurance would cover it regardless where I went and that me making a claim would not affect my premiums.(which I understood, but again I just wanted a written estimate) We hung up the phone and I went home to think about it. I messaged Tealah and said that I would like the estimate and I would be bringing back the rental the next day and picking up my car up. I stated I would pay for the one day use of the rental if need be while they developed my estimate. I was was then sent a picture of the car marked up where they had circled the dents. At that time she tried to talk me out of bringing the car back and just continuing to let them fix it. She said, "Would you like to see it marked? we will keep it marked for you to see? I stated yes please and that I was looking forward to seeing the estimate for the repair (the main purpose of this drop off.) When I arrived the next day, I was pulling down the road, and Tealah saw me and immidartley ran into the building, almost as if she was avoiding speaking to me.(never saw her the rest of the time I was there) -red flag to me. I parked the rental and walked in and was greeted by two men. They took me into the shop and by that time they had wiped the markings off the car(after I had asked to see them since THEY offered to keep it marked) - another red flag. I stated I appreciated their time and would contact them if I chose to set up a time to have them fix it. That lead to questioning such as, what was holding me back from letting them fix the dents. After explaining in person 3 separate times that I just wanted an estimate, I had to ask multiple times for an actual number estimate. The number I was quoted seemed as if it was pulled out of the air. When I told them okay thank you, Ill get back with you. I could tell since I was not budging on letting them fix the car at that very second, they mentally were done. They handed me a business card and walked me off. I spoke to my insurance a few days later and told them about the estimates I had received. When it came to this company, he had asked for me to send him the written estimate they had given me. I informed him that they had not given me any paperwork regarding an estimate just a verbal quote. My insurance adjuster said, " okay that's suspicious. Why would they take the time to do an estimate and not document it?" - red flag again. I was thinking the same thing since the other companies had all given me a written document with a number. At first the employees were nice and pleasant, but as soon as I confirmed I just simply wanted and estimate and wasn't wanting to get it fixed that very day, the whole experience changed. I will not be recommending this company to friends nor family.

They quickly got me in to the garage for a detailed exam and subsequent appraisal and help from Insurance. Thank you greatly!!
