My experience with this service center for my RV has been wonderful. Andy, the service representative worked with me closely throughout and were very helpful. Glad I have a service center than can handle RVs so close to home!

Service was excellent! They described the situation with me and were very honest with my cars issues and what made sense to fix and what didnt. I will use PFM again. Services: Tires, Oil change

Service Writer Andy Reay was first class. Very up front and knew what he was talking about (unlike the Carmel repair shop that caused the problem). Parts were obtained, installed and vehicle tested twice. I will definitely keep returning to PFM for service!

DO NOT GO HERE!!
I went in for an oil change and came out needing a new transmission and flywheel. No clue on how any of that can happen but WOW!
Simple oil change turned into $4,000

Another great experience here. I appreciate being told what absolutely needs to be repaired and what will most likely need repaired in the near future but is ok for now. I never feel pressured, just informed.
