The coaching staff is amazing! I have been a member here for over 5 years and have worked through injuries and 2 pregnancies. No matter what has come up the coaches are great with coming up with scalable options to make sure you are still getting a great workout in. The gym really is a community feeling. Everyone is always so encouraging and welcoming. I highly recommend this gym if you are looking for a new gym or are trying to get back to a healthy lifestyle.

My husband and I joined Screw City in 2023. We were a little nervous about starting CrossFit as we are both 50+. I can honestly say joining Screw City was one of the best decisions weve made. The coaching staff is very supportive and knowledgeable. The gym is very clean. Awesome community!!! Great programming!! Now almost a year in, its the best hour of our day!

If you are on the fence about getting back into shape, I highly recommend coming to Screw City CrossFit. Allen has put together an amazing place to workout, set goals, push yourself and meet lots of very cool people. This place has changed my life in so many ways. All levels are welcome and everything is scalable to meet your current levels. You will feel supported and encouraged from day one and I promise you its fun!!!
