Super friendly, nonjudgmental and motivating environment. I hurt my back and had a few nerve issues. Im able to do so much more since joining. I couldnt do a sit-up before without a lot of pain but since starting Im now able to do so many more. Theres modifications for everything, so anyone can join. 5/5 would recommend.

Always been a health conscious freak and tried so many Gym. Crossfit Mokena was my final destination the moment I did the first trial class.... The Coached plus group classes makes it for me... Plus Yes one of the reasonably prices around too...
