Elliot and Nick are awesome!
They really teach the youth how to properly lift weights and to protect themselves with the goal of helping them to live healthier lifestyles physically, emotionally, and socially.
They make a big difference in the lives of the youth they work with!

Came here for lifting in the summer of 2021, cannot stress how good of a gym this place is, friendly owner plenty of weights and barbells. I trained around 5-6pm and the gym was always empty, there was plenty of room and a speaker to play your music. Training here led me to compete at USAPL Collegiate Nationals. Overall great private gym, would highly recommend for any lifter!
