Woke up this morning after going to bed late. Needed a killer workout, like one where I am PUSHED HARD by someone rather than me pushing myself. Six calls and emails in? No response, no return calls, noooo dice!
Yep, I was about to give up, in, out and then I made one last desperate call just then.

Eric from Haan Made Fitness made my blessed day!
A free intro class, Muay Thai oriented, sweaty grinding not-at-all uber-sophisticated?! Seriously?! Yo!!! Dang, it rocked! Bigly!
Class leader Noelle, full of spunk, a bit o the humor, and no-nonsense encouragement did for me (and 5 others) in 50+ minutes what I could not do myself. {And before you, that Arrogant Alpha, flip this off - *fair warning* - she knows the technique well, and can verily put YOU on your tail. Fast! Gua-ran-teed!}
Come, give it a try! Meet the team: Eric & Darby (cool bros, actually and really!), Amanda & Tae (apologies for misspelling), and the gym master (about 2ft tall max, walking around with a bag of goldfish and sporting a wide smile) all fixing to spur YOU on to be your dang level best!
Hopefully I myself get back soon, not sure and at minimum, I have an awesomely cool sweatshirt for the memory. Seeing & rocking this sweet gym This Side of Paradise? #BucketListOldMan

This is a independent gym with personalized attention. If you tell Coach Erich your fitness goal, you better be ready to achieve them! He takes your goals seriously and will push you to achieve them!
