Always a welcoming environment. Mike takes great care to effectively coach from warm-up through strength and conditioning work. We love dropping in here when we travel to the area. I personally benefit each time I visit by learning something new. Thank you, Mike and team and Amplify members!

I recently moved from ABQ to the Chicagoland and tried one other CF box before finding my home at CFA. Their coaches are great, the class schedule is huge, and the members are hard working! IMO every box has their own feel... Some boxes are filled with "soccer mom" types, some boxes the coach wears a mic to give instructions, some boxes no one will speak to the new person, and this box is none of those. CFA has a wide range of ages that attend here, and everyone likes to put the work in. Not too chatty of a box but also not anti-social, it's just the perfect mix for me!Also: If it's your first time going here, note that you should park behind the building and you'll go through a back (unmarked) door.
