Worst customer service ever. Called asking a question, was told they could help us. Had an account with Wintrust for 20 years and was denied service.

The bank tellers are always so helpful and courteous.

When I went there it wasn't busy at all, plenty of available employees. The place is clean, employees seem friendly. Lots of available parking.
