Great experience!! I've always found dealing with insurance issues to be painful and complicated but my experience here was pretty seamless. Kelly was very helpful and even worked with me to call and cancel my current policies. Bryan is also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!!

As a long time American Family customer, 2 recent bad claims experiences with an AmFam claims adjuster, sent me looking for a replacement. My research into customer satisfaction led me to State Farm and the Bryan Kovach Oak Lawn office in particular. I was assigned to Kelli at this branch and was extremely pleased with her professionalism and patience as we took time to quote different options. Through this process, I also discovered that the same, and in some cases better, insurance through State Farm cost me half as much as I was paying with American Family as a 30+ year customer. Looking forward to a better claims experience with State Farm but hope I do not have to file one. Thank you Kelli.

Darek called me with an updated quote and Im grateful that he did because a day later, GEICO emailed me to let me know they were, once again, raising my rates. Darek made this a quick and easy process, was super helpful, not pushy, and most importantly saved me a good amount of money. 10/10 service. Would recommend him and this agency to every one I know.
