Huntington Bank

Spoke to both Dennis and Jeanette who refused to provide me their last name, branch manager information or number to file a complaint against Huntington Bank. They closed out my contractor's account as suspected fraud due to a check I gave him. Huntington cashed the check but refuse to give him the money or reverse the check to put the money back in my account. How is this fraud when Huntington got the money out of my account and now refuses to return my money or give to the account hold. Tried to get at assistance at the 103th & Pulaski branch where Dennis and Jeanette refused to provide me their last name or branch manager information. I asked for the complaint department again would not provide the information. I explained to them they was breaking the consumer protection laws. I'm in the process of filing a complaint but have reached out to channel 7 I-Team News to investigate but this branch and Huntington Bank. Will do follow up.

Mary today was such a joy especially after having just left the other branch in oak lawn for their rude behavior. It smells fresh inside, everyone smiles and greets you even the security lady. This Branch is the reason I did not pull out my money and close my accounts today, thank you!

Best location ever! This branch was great when it was TCF and it is even better now. I've never seen better customer service at a bank ever. When you come in you feel like you're part of the family. Always helpful and friendly. The branch Manager ( Mr. Dwyer)is phenomenal! If you're looking for a better bank this is it!

After experiencing trouble with my password and being locked out, Mr. Dwyer did an amazing job in not only helping me reset my password, but also in opening up a checking and savings account. He was very kind and was able to assist me quickly despite me not having an appointment set up.
